Congratulations! You are getting married. What a huge milestone. Your wedding day is a super exciting day! But let's be honest - it is going to be packed with activities and it is going to be fast-paced. If I can give you one tip - from a personal and professional standpoint, it is this. Hire vendors who are amazing at what they do, so your wedding day can be as seamless and timely as possible. But most importantly, so you can enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the logistics. That is where I step in, when you book a wedding photography package with me, I will work closely with you and your wedding planner to ensure that the key moments you want to capture and remember forever are well taken care of. We will plan which moments/photos are most valuable to you, so nothing gets missed. On your wedding day, we will move in a smooth pace with enough buffer between activities, so there is no need to rush or stress. After your wedding, you will receive next-day sneak peeks of professionally edited images from me. Within 6 weeks, I will have your entire wedding gallery delivered via an online gallery that is private and secure. You will have access to this online gallery for 30 calendar days so you'll have ample time to share it with your loved ones. The photos will also be available for download straight from the online gallery. If all of this sounds good to you, then our visions are aligned. My Process
1.call or meet up
We will set up a meeting via online video or in-person to plan which photos are most valuable to you, when and where the photoshoots will take place. If you are working with a wedding planner, we will work closely with her to make sure there is enough buffer between activities so you don't feel rushed on your wedding day.
2.sign contract & pay deposit
I will send you a contract that you and I will both sign. Pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to officially book your wedding day in my calendar. This deposit is for the work I've already done up to this point and for the work I will continue to do to prepare for your wedding day. This amount will go towards the total amount of your chosen package.
3. wedding day
Your job is to be present and soak it all in! I've got you. One suggestion I will make is to try to encourage guests to "unplug" during your wedding, especially during the ceremony. That way, guests will refrain from trying to take photos with their phones and don't get in the way of the key moments you want me to capture in photos.
4. gallery delivery
As promised, you will receive next-day sneak peeks from me. Within 6 weeks, I will have your entire wedding gallery delivered via a private and secure online gallery. The images will be available for download straight from the online gallery.
